Purpose

The Spartanburg County Medical Society (SCMS) herein establishes our Corporate Friends Program to offer businesses an opportunity annually to support the work of the SCMS.  In exchange for their support and based on the level of their participation, these companies will receive exclusive opportunities to meet face-to-face with respective members and share information about their products and services.

Policies

Participation in the SCMS Corporate Friends Program does not constitute an endorsement by SCMS. The SCMS Executive Board has the right to reject any application.  Full payment of annual fee must accompany application and participation is by application only.  Should a company application be rejected, that company will receive a full refund.  Participation is for a period of one year, January 1 to December 31, of any given year.  Corporate Friends participants will generally be invited in the fall of each year for the following year; however, the officers and Board members of SCMS reserve the right to provide exception for qualified candidate businesses.  A la Carte sponsorship opportunities are also available throughout the year.

Participation Levels

Corporate Patron - $25,000
  • Recognition throughout the year as a Corporate Benefactor at all appropriate Society gatherings and in all appropriate Society publications.
  • Company logo placed on the Society website along with company description, contact information and link to the company website. 
  • One set of member mailing labels.
  • Name of company on prominently-placed Sponsor Placard at Holiday Gala.
  • Holiday Gala admission for ten and designated table seating or similar admission and seating arrangements at another major function throughout the year.
Corporate Benefactor - $20,000
  • Recognition throughout the year as a Corporate Benefactor at all appropriate Society gatherings and in all appropriate Society publications.
  • Company logo placed on the Society website along with company description, contact information and link to the company website.
  • One set of member mailing labels.
  • Holiday Gala admission for ten and designated table seating or similar admission and seating arrangements at another major function throughout the year. 
Corporate Partner - $15,000
  • Recognition throughout the year as a Corporate Partner at all appropriate Society gatherings and in all appropriate Society publications.
  • Company logo placed on the Society website along with company description, contact information and link to the company website.
  • One set of member mailing labels.
  • Holiday Gala admission for eight and designated table seating or similar admission and seating arrangements at another major function throughout the year.     
Corporate Friend - $10,000
  • Recognition throughout the year as a Corporate Friend at all appropriate Society gatherings and in all appropriate Society publications.

  • Holiday Gala admission for six and designated table seating or similar admission and seating arrangements at another major function throughout the year.
Corporate Helper - $5,000
  • Recognition throughout the year as a Corporate Helper at all appropriate Society gatherings and in all appropriate Society publications.
